Results from Distance Kinesiology Sessions after Removing Booby Traps

1) Recently I, stephanie relfe, phoned a lady who has famous people in her bloodline, as well as family connections to the military and unusual stories to tell. I’ll call her Eve. She had purchased the DVD training system Perfect Health with Kinesiology & Muscle Testing several months previously. I phoned her about an unrelated matter and found that she had been very sick for ten days.

Her symptoms were:

Extreme nausea, so she was not eating.

Throbbing pain in the neck.

Sore throat.

Swollen and hard lymph glands under the scalp and in her neck.

No appetite.

She had been feeling so badly that her family took her to the emergency room. After four hours and many painful tests, the doctors could find nothing wrong. Shen she was released, she felt even worse than before she went in!

Eve felt sure that the sickness she was experiencing was related to the fact that she had recently had a lot of hidden memories resurfacing, and that programming was involved, so I offered to do a distant kinesiology session, using Michael as a surrogate, to see if Booby Traps were activated.

This works just like an ordinary kiensiology session; it’s just that it’s Michael’s body on the massage table. First I muscle test to find if Michael’s body is “willing and able to go surrogate for ___’s body. “Assuming that is in order, then I tell his body “This body is now surrogate for ___’s body”. Then muscle test “Indicator change if I am receiving correct information about ____’s body.”

In the session I performed by distance on her, I found:

Cloacals out of balance.

Virtually every abductee I have worked on has this, or one of the other centering systems out of balance. This causes emotional and health problems.

22 Booby Traps. They included the usual, “Die if you remember this.” and other commands to die such as “Kick the bucket if you remember this.”

They also included commands that could have contributed to the swollen lymph glands such as “Your liver stops if you remember this”, “Your lymph glands stop if you remember this” and “Die of dehydration if you remember this.”

When I told Eve of this list, she then told me that while she normally drank plenty of water, since she had been sick she had drunk very little water at all. Therefore, it would appear that the “Die of dehydration if you remember this” command was one of the causes of this, along with some of the other commands.

Immediately we removed these commands by distant healing, she said the pain in her throat had reduced by 90%.

By the next day, her energy had returned, her ability to drink water was back and the nausea had left. In fact, she was able to eat and drink normally for the first time in days.

She stated that she is now very motivated to continue her work learning Perfect health with Kinesiology and Muscle Testing.

You can do muscle testing using a surrogate when you work on babies or animals. Here is an article about the amazing things that happened when I used a surrogate to work on horses).

Normally when you use a surrogate, you have a physical connection by touch, or a metal wire, between the person being tested and the surrogate. It works fantastically well with animals!

However, you can also ‘tell’ the surrogate body to be surrogate for someone else, after you first confirm by muscle testing that the body is “Willing and able to go surrogate for (name)”.

This works because our brains are holographic and the universe is holographic and so we have the potential to be connected energetically to everything.

I have done this a number of times for other people a long way from me, and have often found out things about them that I did not know before.

2) For example, I worked on a woman in New Zealand and found and corrected an imbalance in her heart energy. She then told me that she had had a heart murmur, which stopped after I re-balanced the heart.

3) Another woman in another country who we knew well had been under extremely severe spiritual attack, to the point she was collapsing and in great danger. She sounded like a completely different person on the phone; she could hardly speak. She then told us that she had been in this condition for weeks. We located the source of the problem with muscle testing, handled it with the spiritual sword and she was back to her normal healthy, happy, energetic self within two days.

4) When I removed booby traps from another woman who was in Europe, I found booby traps such as “Die of brain hemorrhage if you remember this.” I later found out that the woman, who was relatively young, had experienced extremely blood shot eyes, which presumably were from these commands.

5) I also did some work once on a relatively young woman who was overseas, who had to use a cane to walk with, and was able to give up the cane after I did a distant session on her. The people in the local village were amazed to see this.

Please note that distance sessions are never, ever as good as working directly on the physical body. Muscle testing and especially distance sessions may not be totally accurate. Also, there can be layers of the onion, whereby other things are hidden from the testing.

However, in the session I will do the best I can to do the following:

Balance up the basic energy systems of the body, including cloacals and the 14 muscle balance which balanced up the energy from the main systems and organs in the body (such as Central nervous system, heart and intestines).

Remove Booby Traps.

Muscle test for the number of metaphysical abilities you have, and attempt to identify what the more important ones are.

6) We did a free distance kinesiology session, for a woman in England who purchased the system.Within a few days she emailed me:

“On the night of — I awoke at around 2:30hrs with an excruciating headache which felt as though my brain was under so much pressure that it would explode. The pain only eased off when I got up and walked around a little. I then spent the rest of the night dozing on and off sitting upright. During the day I felt heavy headed and managed to catch some sleep for about 1.5hrs in the afternoon and woke up feeling a little better.

The same headache repeated itself last night (25th Feb) – I was awakened by the same intense pain at 1:45hrs. Not had such pain before unless it was a hangover from too much wine the night before. I haven’t consumed any alcohol for the last 2+ weeks.”

When we did a distance kinesiology session on her, these were the results:

Muscle testing indicated the following booby traps, which were removed:

“Die if you remember this.”
“Your brain explodes if you remember this.”
“Die in agony if you remember this.”

(At this stage, we got nothing. Muscle testing indicated interference with one “unknown”. This was dealt with, with the spiritual sword).

“Hemorrhage to death if you remember this.”
“Drop you body if you remember this.”
“Die immediately if you remember this.”
“Go to the afterlife if you remember this.”
“Go to your funeral if you remember this.”
“Your organs die if you remember this.”
“Go insane if you remember this.”
“Be a cadaver if you remember this.”
“Die in your sleep if you remember this.”

This lady emailed me within an hour of this session and my sending her the results:

“I’m feeling a change: I felt increase in pain initially when I did the prayers but it lessened after a couple of rounds.

About 30 mins ago I started feeling as though a layer of the weight on my head had come of. I still feel groggy and have strange sensations on the external parts of my scalp – kind of like patchy areas of mild burning especially around the occiput and right temporal area above the ear. A small area of burning on scam above left ear.

The pain in my head has moved to become more right sided. And as I finish writing this it is moving to the left side and down the side of my neck. So it appears to have started to travel.”

Shortly after she emailed me again:

“Feeling much much better now. The pain has changed and now feels like mild discomfort and so much relief. Thank you.”

7) We did a session for a woman in her late 40s who had a heart rate too low (33 beats per minute) for the previous three years, and had nearly died a few times.

As soon as I started to work on her, I ‘saw’ a bubble around her. Muscle testing indicated that she was stuck in a dimension. (I had not seen this before). Muscle testing indicated it was forming a bubble 15’ around her.

While doing this we got interference from one “unknown”. It was dealt with, with the spiritual sword.

Michael imploded the dimension with prayer.

Muscle testing indicated that this was done by one mantis alien, who was a high ranking ceremonial magician, who was using her for a battery, owing to her having a very special and rare frequency. Later she emailed us:

“Thank you so much Stephanie and Michael for doing the Kinesiology session for me. As you know I was diagnosed with a rare heart condition that prevents my heart from beating properly. It only beats at 30-33 bpm. I have been under extreme fatigue due to lack of oxygen and low heart rate and my brain function has really suffered.

I passed out a few weeks ago and the doctors only answer was a pace maker- I knew God had another way. Immediately after your session, I felt an incredible lift in my energy. I had sustained energy for the rest of the day and have now for the past 3 days!

Prior to your session, I could only jump on my little trampoline for 2 minutes. In doing so my heart rate would only get up to 55-60. Yesterday I went on it and I was able to get it up to 95!! This was a true miracle. I even tested my heart rate today and it was up to 107 on the trampoline!

I praise God that I found you both. Even after not sleeping well for the past 3 days, I have more energy than I have had in 2 weeks. Everything you have said has been right on and I I am looking forward to teaching this to my husband and kids and friend. This is so important to have as a tool for health and I just cant thank you enough. Having been in the health industry for years, this is incredible. This really has saved my life.”

Later we did a second session, this time looking for booby traps: Muscle testing indicated there were 30 booby traps, which were removed. Muscle testing indicated they were given by feline aliens (human body, cat head, these are superior to the Draconians, and are probably the Egyptian cat gods). We have recently met a number of people who have been abducted by them. They seem to always give booby traps in numbers of 30, whereas humans do it in batches of 10, and reptilians in batches of 12:

“Die if you remember this.”
“Have a heart attack if you remember this.”
“Your heart breaks down if you remember this.”
“Die of brain hemorrhage if you remember this.”
“Have a stroke if you remember this.”
“Die from blood clots if you remember this.”
“Kill yourself if you remember this.”
“Go to Hell if you remember this.”
“Take your life if you remember this.”
“Stop your heart if you remember this.”
“Destroy your brain if you remember this.”
“Drain your life force if you remember this.”
“Your heart will go down if you remember this.”
“Stop living if you remember this.”
“Come back to us if you remember this.”
“Shut down your lungs if you remember this.”

At this stage we could not get the next one. Muscle testing indicated there was interference from one “unknown”. While Michael was removing it with the spiritual sword, Stephanie started coughing, then had to go get a large bowl for more spitting up. On the way back, she actually vomited up her lunch

17. “Stop thinking if you remember this.”

18. “Break your brain if you remember this.”

19. “Die in agony if you remember this.”

20. “Die of stroke if you remember this.”

21. “Destroy yourself if you remember this.”

22. “Go into nothingness if you remember this.” I then got that the next command was “stop your lungs if you remember this” but that did not indicate until I found –

Interference from another “unknown”. This was dealt with.

23. “Stop your lungs if you remember this.”

24. “Your body fails if you remember this.”

25. “Die if you remember this.” (2^nd time)

26. “Your existence is ended if you remember this.”

27. “Go to us if you remember this.”

28. “Exit your body if you remember this.”

29. “Drain the heart if you remember this.”

30. “Die of you remember this.” (3^rd time)

Michael felt like a wreck after this.

A few days later: When people have an extra number of rare and valuable metaphysical abilities, and they contact us, often the spiritual attacks increase for a while afterwards; much vigilance and prayer and spiritual warfare is necessary during this time. We do what we can to give support to people during this time. This lady had to phone us at midnight, when the following happened:

Several days later she phoned around midnight. She could not breath, on a 7/10 level of difficulty in breathing (where 10/10 is no breath at all).

(Important Note: Anytime there is a life threatening condition, our first advice is always to see a doctor. We only do kinesiology after the doctor has done all they can).

We found and dealt with a 9’ tall,brown, blobby-bodied non-humanoid alien, tied into one of the leaders of the church she went to.

Breathing went down to 6/10 difficulty.

Stephanie saw ‘cobwebs’ around her – sucking energy off her.

Breathing went down to 4/10 difficulty.

She then felt as though she would not suffocate. I told her to have a shower, and remove anything left, while in the shower. Later she emailed us:

“After taking the shower I felt better but then went to bed and my heart started pounding, but the suffocating feeling was gone, just pounding. I took my spiritual sword and did some prayer and then my heart calmed down and was able to then go to sleep quickly and slept all night! Another testimony.”

8) The above stories are more unusual than what we normally find. Normally, it’s more like what we found with this man in his 20’s when we did a distant kinesiology session for him:

“Die if you remember this.”
“Crash your car if you remember this.”
“Have a heart attack if you remember this.”
“Have a brain hemorrhage if you remember this.”
“Your brain shuts down if you remember this.”
“End your life if you remember this.”
“Be dead if you remember this.”
“Electrocute yourself if you remember this.”
“Have kidney failure if you remember this.”
“Go to the Devil if you remember this.”
“Die in extreme agony if you remember this.”
“Die if you remember this.” (second time)

Muscle testing indicated that he has been abducted 49 times, the longest for 5 weeks.

Muscle testing indicated that he has been taken by two species; humans and reptilians. (Note: Again, this is evidence that 12 booby traps indicates abduction by reptilians).

I emailed the report for this man the next day, telling him that we worked on him around 9pm the night before, and did he feel any different? He said,

“Yes I do. I started feeling different last night at my grandpa’s while I was packing up my stuff to go home. I couldn’t tell what it was, but knew I felt better in a way I couldn’t put my finger on. Thank you both very much for helping me to get this started, and all of the work you’ve done putting together all this information.”

9) We worked on a man in his 30’s who had purchase Perfect Health with Kinesiolology & Muscle Testing, and asked us to do a distance kinesiology session on him for booby traps. From the session report:

The following imbalances were identified, then corrected:
• Hyoid (This can cause imbalances similar to having the central nervous system out of balance).

Muscle testing indicated the following booby traps, which were removed:

1. “Die if you remember this.”

2. “Kill yourself if you remember this.”

3. “Be dead if you remember this.”

4. “Stop your heart if you remember this.”

5. “Your brain stops if you remember this.”

6. “Take your life if you remember this.”

7. “Your life force stops if you remember this.”

8. “Have no thought if you remember this.”

9. “Have no life force if you remember this.”

10. “Your kidneys fail if you remember this.”

11. “Freeze your mind if you remember this.”

12. “Stop your life if you remember this.”

13. “Stop breathing if you remember this.”

14. “Bone cancer kills you if you remember this.”

15. “Die of lung cancer if you remember this.”

16. “Pass into oblivion if you remember this.”

17. “Die of an embolism if you remember this.”

18. “Your arteries fail if you remember this.”

Could not get the next one, due to attack from one “unknown” spirit. This was dealt with, with the spiritual sword. Then the next one tested:

19. Your spleen fails if you remember this.”

Could not get the next one, due to attack from one “unknown” spirit. This was dealt with, with the spiritual sword. Then the next one tested:

20. “Your glands fail if you remember this.”

21. “Come to us if you remember this.”

22. “Kill your existence if you remember this.”

23. “Your cortex dies if you remember this.”

24. “Transport to us if you remember this.” (This is to do with his abilities)

25. “Go to us if you remember this.”

26. “Be a corpse if you remember this.”

27. “Die quickly if you remember this.”

Muscle testing jammed once more; interference from one “unknown” spirit, which was dealt with.

28. “Come back to us if you remember this.”

Stephanie got attacked by one Lucifer. While Michael prayed it off and used the sword, she started gagging, and then even vomited!

29. “Destroy yourself if you remember this.”

30. “Die if you remember this.” (second time).

Note: We believe that anyone who has a group of booby traps that is more than 10 (likely a human abduction) or 12 (likely a reptilian abduction) is extra endowed with rare and/or valuable metaphysical abilities. Anyone who has a group of 30 booby traps in one group is extremely metaphysically gifted (and will pay for that with extra and longer abductions).

Muscle testing indicated that he had been abducted 43 times, the longest for 3 years.

Muscle testing indicated that he has been taken by only one species; a species unknown to anyone. Muscle testing indicated they are humanoid, very alien, 8’ tall, green, with six fingers and toes, and sort-of scaly faces, but not the same as a reptile. Michael asked if they were amphibious, but I did not get they were quite that (Note what the man reported later about this). They are not reptilians or draconians. They are very alien and find it hard to understand humans.

Interestingly, I got that they are foes of the feline aliens (humanoid with cat face, the cat gods of Egypt), the other aliens we discovered recently who often use 30 booby traps. We have named these aliens the “tall greenies.”

Muscle testing indicated that he has 39 metaphysical abilities (that is a lot!).

Muscle testing indicated that he has 3 extra rare/valuable metaphysical abilities and has extra horse power for other abilities.

The spiritual sword was used on the aliens.

He later emailed us that he thought that maybe we were working on him when we were; even though he was working a gruelling morning -midnight shift, he spent the day laughing!

He later wrote:

“I read the session and found it very interesting, especially the last paragraph. I will share something with you that I have only told one person.

The last of the very few times i have done self regressions I saw myself in a type of building on another planet, where I had spent a number of years working on a project with another race of non human people, I even remember my quarters very clearly, it was done up like a very modern hotel suite.

What is so interesting is that I called them the frog people and even though they treated me well, and I was happy to be there helping on the project, there was this great sense of not really understanding them, like they were secretive or very foreign. I looked all through over the internet to see if I could find any accounts of people being on this particular planet, or experiences with these beings but found nothing. Without any other verification I thought maybe I imagined it, even though it felt extremely real.

I can’t tell you how it feels to have a bit of verification, that it wasn’t just my imagination. I also felt so good and full of clear energy yesterday without those self sabotaging mental commands, it makes me wonder how I would feel if I never had any in the first place.
