rex deus church – Donations, Gifts & Bequests

Donations, Gifts & Bequests

The rex deus church is a spiritual warfare church. We are committed to ending the occult power that enslaves humans and animals on earth as well as freeing specific individuals from this power.

Please pray to God to ask Him if He wants you to support us.

Always perform your due diligence when making plans for creating any gifts, donations or bequests to any ministry. All ministries are not the same. Unfortunately, many churches and ministries are little more than profit centers for selected groups of individuals and do little to fight the evil systems that enslave this planet. Please be sure that a portion of the hard work and sacrifices you have made and the resources you have accumulated will be used to fight the evil on this planet, while you are alive and also long after you have passed on.

Some things unique to the rex deus church:

1) Does not accept tithing from the public at large. Only accepts gifts from approved individuals.

2) Knowingly only accepts gifts from believers.

3) Does not accept donations from public corporations.

4) Must be sure that all gifts are not associated with evil purposes.

5) Does not borrow money or pay usury.

6) Is not an IRS government controlled 501(c)(3) “organization”.

7) Is not an admiralty corporation under the jurisdiction of the Holy See of Rome.

8) Is not socialist, collectivist, communist, progressive or liberal.

9) Is a spiritual warfare and deliverance church dedicated to exposing and destroying the dark powers and their systems that enslave others.

10) Gifts are used for resources that fight evil and the survival of the church. No gifts are used for luxury items for any individual.

Some Legal Definitions to help You Understand what your Lawyer is talking about

Will

A legal document in which an individual states who should receive his or her possessions after he or she passes on. Create your will today by contacting a lawyer. Software will makers may not be legal in your state. Statistics show that over 100 million dollars per week are left by people without a will. Please be sure to seek independent legal advice when making your will so that your gift is properly worded, your will properly provides for those who may make a family provision claim and to avoid accusations of undue influence.

Bequest

The act of giving personal property or money such as stocks, bonds, jewelry and cash left to an individual or organization through the provisions of a will or estate plan.

Some types of bequests:

Pecuniary: A gift of a fixed or stated sum of money designated in a donor’s will.

Specific – A specific bequest is a gift of a specific item of property that can be easily identified and distinguished from all other property in the testator’s estate.

Demonstrative – A demonstrative bequest is a gift of a certain amount of property from a specific source or a particular fund in the testator’s estate.

General – A general bequest is a gift of property payable from the general assets of the testator’s estate.

Full Residuary – A residuary gift is a gift of the remaining portion of the estate after the satisfaction of other dispositions, such as administration expenses, taxes and creditors’ claims, and all specific, demonstrative and general bequests.

Contingent – A gift in a will made on the condition of a certain event that might or might not happen. A contingent bequest is specific and fails if the condition is not made.

A charitable bequest or trust distribution reduces the value of your estate for federal estate tax purposes, and exempts it from state inheritance taxes.

A bequest is easy to arrange, does not affect your assets or cash flow during your lifetime, and is revocable.

Endowment

An endowment is a financial asset, in the form of a donation made to a non-profit group, institution or individual consisting of investment funds or other property that may or may not have a stated purpose at the bequest of the donor. The income from the investment funds or other property are used to support the group, institution or individual, while the principal usually remains undisturbed.

An endowment is a permanent fund into which gifts made by rex deus church supporters are placed. An endowment can be created with any custodian, in any country and in any currency, with the objective of optimizing stewardship — growth in principal as well as income for expenditure.

There is no minimum amount to activate an endowment. Only the net income from the account is distributed to the programs designated by the donor, ensuring its continuance in perpetuity.

Note that regardless of the advertisements and promises, because of near zero interest rates in the financial markets, no corporation can currently offer any long term growth for any investment. Mutual funds, ETF’s and Managed Funds are at risk for corporate incompetence as well as market downturns. One option for an endowment could be the purchase of shares of a blue chip or utility, dividend issuing stock, directly from the company with the dividend being distributed to the programs designated by the donor and the principal being protected by the corporate shares. Consult your financial professional for details.

A gift to the rex deus church proclaims your confidence that the church will continue to accomplish its mission and make a lasting difference in the lives of future generations.
